Descripción

Fresh annual with no damage history. Always hangared and meticulously maintained, with complete logbooks. All seats were recovered in 2025, and the interior is rated 9/10, giving the cabin a clean, modern feel. Traditional IFR-compliant six-pack panel equipped with a Century IIIB and S-TEC autopilot with altitude hold.

All exterior lighting has been upgraded to new Whalen LEDs. Wheel pants were reglassed to eliminate small web cracks, and both the upper and lower cowlings were reglassed and repainted to remove paint webbing for a like-new appearance.

Avionics include:
Garmin GNS 530W WAAS GPS, Garmin GTX 345 ADS-B In/Out with weather and traffic, an electric engine analyzer, and an electric digital fuel flow system for precise engine and fuel management.

This Dakota flies straight and solid and has always received exceptional care in a hangar. A new Concorde battery was installed in December 2025. The engine and propeller have approximately 750 hours since the major overhaul, with consistently strong compressions noted at annuals. Recent maintenance includes a new oil cooler (January 2026), a new mechanical fuel pump (2025), D-3000 magneto overhaul (2025), and reamed exhaust valve guides (2025).

A clean, well-sorted, no-excuses Piper Dakota that is truly turn-key and ready to fly. Ideal for cross-country travel with an excellent useful load.
