1970 Mooney M20F with J model speed mods, rebuilt motor and prop with less than 100hrs SMOH, newer paint, new avionics, and new interior. The motor was rebuilt in 2022, the panel, avionics, and interior were upgraded in 2024, and the paint was sprayed in 2005 (aircraft sat in hangar storage for many years after painting). This aircraft needs nothing and is ready to fly into the future. Owned and maintained by an A&P IA.

-Tail root fairing horizontal, dorsal fin fairings, rudder and elevator hinge covers, flap hinge covers, aileron lower gap seal, and flap gap seals.
-Fiberglass Cowling, new baffle system, and prop spinner
-Single piece windshield
