VOR/LOC/GS, RNAV certified with all functionality of the GTN 750; Moving map, terrain, traffic, weather, approach plates, nearest airports, VOR, etc, fuel calc, winds, ATIS, all of it!

Single digital multi-function Electronics International (EI) CGR-30R Primary Engine and Aircraft System Instruments, interfaced with GTN750 to receive GPS and FF data.

IFR 3 altimeters and static system, transponder & encoder calibrations completed 9/25. Heated pitot and engine oil pan. Annual completed 5/25.

26" Goodyear tires. Tach & Eng times less than 850 hrs. Flown weekly. Always hangered. New paint and fabric Nov 2014!. All STCs, 337s, AD's completed. MT prop 450 hrs. MTV-15-B prop overhauled, repainted and reinstalled 10/23 by authorized MT American Prop Serv.

Oh, new Airglas cargo belly pod installed 5/25. 337 & STC complied. Adds 94 pounds to 30 pounds in extended rear fuselage bay in addition to 100 pounds in cargo compartment for a total 224 pounds of gear in addition to pilot & passenger.

Useful load 800#.

Shimmy dampener on tail wheel. Makes landing rock-solid on all surfaces and configurations.

New cowling air intake padded covers and new full cabin cover by Bruce included.
