Second owner since new. This aircraft is an FAA CERTIFIED STANDARD CATEGORY aircraft and was purchased with only 217 hours AFTT on 4-1/2008. It currently has only 432 hours on its factory original overhauled Lycoming O-540-E4A5-C on May 31, 2016 by Corona Aircraft Engines. All accessories/components were overhauled at that time. Propeller was overhauled on February 8, 2017 and has only 371.55 hours on it now SMOH. The avionics package is robust. Garmin 530WAAS, Aspen 1000 IFR Attitude/HSI, JPI engine monitor all six cylinders, KX-155 (overhauled in 2020), S-Tec Autopilot (installed/never used), PS-Engineering Intercom/Audio Selector (2019), GTX 330 ADS-B (2021). All logbooks since new.

Excellent condition. No visible damage anywhere. Aircraft had a minor belly incident in 2010 at 868 hours. Aircraft was repaired properly and returned to service after engine inspection and prop change repair following an inadvertent early gear retraction on takeoff - The mechanic left handle up following routine maintenance gear swing - pilot missed the improper gear lever position.
