The Airbus ACJ, originally launched as the A319 Corporate Jet and commonly identified as the ACJ319, is the business aviation version of the Airbus A319 airliner. The program first flew in 1998, with customer deliveries beginning in 1999. It occupies the large cabin, long range business jet category, but is built around an airline transport platform with Airbus fly by wire controls, high dispatch reliability and a cabin cross section far larger than conventional purpose built business jets.

The ACJ319 cabin is based on the A319 fuselage, giving approximately 12 ft 1 in of cabin width and airline scale headroom. Corporate layouts commonly seat about 19 to 50 passengers, depending on whether the aircraft is arranged for executive suites, conference areas, lounges, crew rest, lavatories and a galley, or for higher density shuttle use. Avionics are Airbus airline avionics rather than Garmin business jet suites. Typical equipment includes Airbus EFIS displays, dual flight management systems, fly by wire flight controls, autothrust, weather radar and airline grade communication and navigation systems. Individual aircraft may have later upgrades such as ADS-B Out, FANS, CPDLC, satcom, cabin connectivity and updated cabin management systems.

Key review items include engine life limited parts, heavy check status, landing gear overhaul timing, auxiliary fuel tank configuration, completion weight, cabin refurbishment history, avionics compliance and records quality. Value is strongly influenced by cabin age and layout, engine condition, maintenance status and whether the aircraft already has current connectivity and international operating approvals.
