A well-maintained, always-hangared, consistently flown 1994 MSE. All of the physical logs are available as well as digital logs (pdf, word, and excel). No damage history. Annual completed in July 2025. Plane comes with 2 aircraft covers, chocks, nose plugs, a sidewinder towbar, O2 (needs inspection), battery charger, reiff heater, M20 air oil separator, EDM-900, all whelen LED lights, CIES fuel senders, 2 GNS 430W, powerflow exhaust (with new insert), challenger air filter, STEC 55 autopilot, champion fine wire spark plugs installed ( with 8 replacement tempest fine wire spark plugs, new maggie ignition harness, new artex 345 ELT, magnetos have less than 10 hours on a fresh overhaul, new alternator ( less than 40 hours).
