2007 American Legend AL-3 Cub. Former flight school airplane. Extensive restoration by the factory and the owner (Repairman LSA). TTAF = 5,736 Hobbs / 4,460 Tach. 25 TSMOH on overhaul by American Legend. Extensive refurbishment and annual by American Legend in November 2024. Last annual in December 2025 with compressions of 75/74/79/78. Catto composite prop. New upholstery in November 2024. New panel mounted Garmin Aera 660 and Garmin transponder with ADS-B in and out (GDL 50 for traffic on Aera 660). New windshield in March 2026. Exterior paint has 7 small patches and some cracks in the paint (see photos). The fabric, however, is in excellent condition. The price reflects the condition of the paint.
